Return and refund

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before product shipping or production. If the order is canceled, you will be fully refunded. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

 

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the buyback to the manufacturer.

Shipping costs will only be billed once at most (including returns); No restocking at the expense of consumers for returning the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you that the refund has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain period of time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
