Shipping

We have worked hard to get the items to our customers as quickly as possible.  You will receive your order within 7 to 25 working days from the date it was placed.  

Verification
Once your order has been authorized and verified, you will receive a confirmation email.  We start preparing your order immediately after it has been verified.  With this type of delay, it is difficult for us to change or cancel your order, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.  

Processing
It normally takes 1 to 3 business days to process your order.  Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Delivery
We mainly ship by direct line, which often takes 10-25 days for delivery, if on holiday, the delivery time would take more than 3-4 days.

Note:   

* Delivery time is estimated and starts from date of shipment, rather than date of order, and may take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or 'other causes.  

* Please send ticket within 6 months of dispatch if your package does not arrive on time, our representative will reply to you within 24 hours.  Please note that late requests may not be accepted.  

* Please make sure your address is correct and if you have not received our product as the wrong address, we will only refund half, or you need to pay the shipping cost from us to collect the parcel.
