The   completion  of your custom diamond painting  takes  usually  7  bis  15  days  and the  delivery time is  still  7  bis  25  days ago.

Please read below before purchasing  :

• We want   you  to be happy with  your purchase   . If the quality of the photo you sent is too poor (e.g. too small, faces too distant, lots of shadows) it  may be  rejected!        
• The larger the size you choose, the better your original image will look.  We   recommend  large  for pictures with  people  on them. If the faces are  far away  they will need a bigger size!            
• Choose the appropriate canvas size based on the image size.  If the dimensions do not match,  your image will be  cropped  and / or adjusted to the canvas size  you choose! We can ask for your feedback before proceeding.     
• We  can  help with cropping, resizing, or slight color and shadow retouching on most photos. We  can  not make any significant changes to the image, e.g. B. the removal of backgrounds, objects or watermarks.         
• Due to the chromatic aberration, there might be slight color difference in the final result.  For greater fidelity to the original photo, we recommend a larger size.

What improvements are we making to your photo?  

💖 Basic cutout and framing: We make sure that the subject of your photo is the centerpiece of your diamond painting.

💖 SHADOW AND HIGHLIGHT IMPROVEMENTS - We make sure that small details are lost in the very dark or very light areas of the image.

💖 BRIGHTNESS AND CONTRAST ADJUSTMENT - Our goal here is to make sure your diamond painting is bright, detailed, and full of beautiful colors.

💖 OPTIMIZED COLOR CORRECTION - Sometimes unexpected colors can appear in your diamonds.  Black areas in photos can contain greens or browns when converted to diamond painting.  We will do our best to maintain the color code of your painting and ensure color accuracy.
